2. Nature of the Service

  • We provide independent opinions and authentication reports based on photographic evidence and data supplied by the Client.

  • The outcome of an authentication analysis may not always align with the Client’s expectations. In such cases, refunds are not automatically granted.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If a Client is charged more than once for the same service.

  2. Service Non-Delivery – If, for reasons attributable solely to us, the authentication service or report is not delivered within the specified timeframe.

  3. Technical Failure – If a confirmed technical error (e.g., server malfunction, corrupted file delivery) prevents the Client from accessing their authentication report.

  4. Unauthorized Charge – If payment was made without the Client’s authorization (subject to verification with the payment processor).

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome of the report (e.g., watch deemed inauthentic).

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

  • Misuse of the report by the Client for resale, advertising, or legal claims.


4. Guarantee of Service

While no authentication service can provide 100% certainty without physical inspection, we offer the following guarantees:

  • Professional Expertise – All assessments are performed by trained experts using a combination of AI-supported analysis and human oversight.

  • Photographic Certificate – Clients who purchase a certificate will receive a signed and dated document confirming the opinion reached.

  • Partial Guarantee – Our reports serve as a strong indication of authenticity but are not a substitute for an official manufacturer’s verification.

  • Good Faith Guarantee – If an obvious error is proven in our analysis (e.g., misidentification of a reference number), we will re-issue the report free of charge.


5. Refund Process
